By booking our services you accept these terms and conditions
of trading which are applicable for Pure Windows. 

Choosing our regular
cleaning service you accept Minimum 3x cleanings. If Cancelation is
Requied before end of this period, We require
rest of undone cleanings to to be paid. 


Pure windows will provide professional service at agreed
cost. We are fully insured and uniformed. 


Our pure water systems work in
all weathers, we use 100% purified water. Therefore weather conditions are not
an acceptable reason for postponing our services. We Guarantee an all year
round regular service. We will clean your property in all weather conditions
including light rain.  
We will not clean in extreme
weather (Heavy Rain, Heavy Snow), temeratures under 0 degrees.  



We do not accept Cancelation by the door. 

If you wish to cancel our
services, you must provide at least 14 days notice via email or sms text before
the next scheduled date. Failure to do so will result in a 100% charge for any
work scheduled within this period. 


For any Complaints or issues, you have to contact us in 24
hours after scheduled cleaning and we will come next working day to clean them
for free. Please note that if dirt will be found on other side of window than
we cleaned £40 will be charged as is not our fault. 



 If you
pay via online banking, you are required
to pay within 3 days of the cleaning date, If no payments recievied by 7 days, reminder
will be sent.. If no payments recieved in 30 days from cleaning date, £10 will be add as late payment charge. We
accept payments by cash, cheques or bank transfers We also reserve right to suspend our service.
